Okay, well, I've lost 2.6 pounds today, making me a slim trim 231.5...yeah. Actually it does look like I've lost a little weight off of my gut. I was able to run at a speed of between 2 and 4 miles per hour for a good thirteen minutes and then walking for two at 2 miles per hour.
